New dedicated 24/7 support service
In recognition of the importance of high quality, highly available support for real-time solutions, Kongsberg Oil & Gas Technologies is pleased to announce a new dedicated 24/7 support service to provide improved levels of responsiveness to your regular support calls.
This support initiative known as Support24, will go live today April 14th with two centers, one in Europe and one in the US sharing the support load to ensure that the same level of service is offered whatever the time of day in your region.
We are also pleased to be able to announce a new enhanced level of service* Support24+. Through our new centers we will be offering a proactive and preventative maintenance program for your real-time installation including coordination with all service providers you have working on your rigs to give you the confidence that all of your information will be available for critical decisions when it’s needed the most.
