Vessel Insight: Service Level Agreement
This agreement (SLA) describes the level of service that Customers of Kongsberg Digital AS (KONGSBERG) will receive as subscribers to services and applications running on the Kognifai Maritime Ecosystem. This SLA incorporates the terms contained in the Customer’s agreement and in the event of any conflict between this SLA and the Customer agreement the latter shall prevail.
Kognifai: Support and Service Level Agreement
This agreement represents a Support & Service Level Agreement between Kongsberg Digital and the Customer in respect to Customer’s use of the Kognifai Services as detailed in the relevant Partner Agreement and/or Subscription Agreement entered into between KDI and the Customer.
Kognifai is a digital ecosystem developed by and provided by Kongsberg Digital AS designed to support collaboration and knowledge sharing between the users of Kognifai. The Kognifai Platform includes a suite of Services which includes a number of Applications developed and owned by KDI and a number of Applications developed and owned by Third Parties who have a contractual relationship with KDI and are permitted to make such Third Party Applications available on the Kognifai Platform
