Vessel Insight is our SaaS based offering spanning the OT and IT domain and based on modern cloud technology, like serverless and container-based, hosted on Microsoft Azure. The service enables capture of data onboard vessels, utilizing our own industrialized IoT Service, live transfer and storage in the cloud. Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a genuine passion for technology, IT architecture, digitalization and its application to business? Growth Manager

We are looking for an independent, structured and goal focused individual to join our sales growth team, which is selling our Vessel Insight infrastructure to ship owners and operators around the world. Expect a fast-paced environment where you will have to build relationships and push your multitasking skills. We believe you have extensive sales experience and proven track record in selling SaaS products in the B2B market. Ideally you have been working with the maritime industry and are familiar with the headaches that ship owners and operators are facing these days? Operations Manager

In order to deliver Vessel Insight at scale, we are looking for an Operations Manager to coordinate the delivery process of the product to the customers. Do you have experience with Vessel signals & structures? Are you a passionate project manager with the drive to create and continuously improve processes? You will be working with our internal delivery teams, but also with customers and partners, thus being structured and a strong communicator is an advantage. Superpowers: Structured and persistent.

Customer Success Manager

The customer success team ensures that our existing Vessel Insight customers are satisfied and helps them to generate the maximum value on their digital journeys. Your background should be from the maritime industry; either from the ship owner/operator side, or from the vendor side, with experience from the challenges the industry is facing through the current disruption. Most importantly, we look for a dedicated individual who wants to be a part of the new team responsible to consult our customers and drive adoption by understanding the unique needs of each individual user, normally at management level. Partner Success Manager

Vessel Insight is more than a data infrastructure. It’s also an instrument for our partners to scale their business. Our Kognifai Marketplace is offering ship owners access to a large variety of maritime partner applications. You enjoy building relationships, bridge ideas to become actions, coordinate projects and initiatives? Then become our Partner Success Manager and help our partners to be successful in selling their solution on Kognifai. You will be responsible to manage existing partners on a day-to-day basis, run joint projects as well as working close with our growth team to support in selling partner solutions.
