Workshop Assistant

We are searching for a Workshop Assistant to join our production and planning team in the service workshop at Kongsberg Maritime in Ulsteinvik. The service workshop performs thruster and propeller overhauls and upgrades, and serves a dynamic, worldwide market with short time frames and rapid changes.

In this role, you will be assisting our TSP workshops globally with documentation packages for our product deliveries. If you enjoy cross-functional collaboration and would like to contribute to delivering high-quality products to our customers, we would like to hear from you!

  • Assist our workshops globally with documentation packages for our product deliveries.
  • Follow up of documentation received from sub-suppliers.
  • Systemize documentation to ensure consistency and ease of access.
  • Perform quality assurance of documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

Qualifications and experience

  • Relevant degree or experience from a production environment.
  • Experience with ERP-system and MS office.
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian language is a requirement.
  • Technical interest is an advantage.
