Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing training activities for both internal and external customers. This role involves close collaboration with managers and training instructors to achieve departmental objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and desired results. The Training Coordinator will handle training requests, manage logistical arrangements, support training instructors, and ensure accurate record-keeping within our training management system. Additionally, the role involves handling commercial matters related to departmental activities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and adhere to company administrative guidelines and procedures.
  • Foster active cooperation and information flow within and between departments.
  • Coordinate training activities using the Learning Management System, Customer Relationship Manager, and ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively for both internal and external training activities.
  • Generate and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of order confirmations, invoices, and joining instructions to customers.
  • Play a pivotal role in handling internal projects, improvement processes, and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and experience

  • Min. Diploma in any fields
  • At least 1 year experience in administrative / technical related sector

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders across different countries in the APAC region.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry and management within the training management systems.
