Technical Account Manager, Autonomy Vessels

An incredible opportunity awaits you as Technical Account Manager for Autonomy Vessels in the Unmanned Vessels team within Global Customer Support. We are a team of highly skilled engineers who assist each other and co-operate well with professional challenges and contribute towards common goals. This is a position with extended customer contact, and you will be a key person in the new support team for remote and Autonomy vessels. The job will be a mix of technical and commercial support included coordination of the team.

  • Be the main contact person for our customers.
  • Coordinate our team’s execution of activities.
  • Handle commercial requests.
  • Contribute to develop our Autonomy solutions for the future.
  • Collaborate with other departments to holistically support to our customers.
  • Organise support activities.

Qualifications and experience


  • Bachelor’s degree or technical college in Electronics, Computer science or Automation. Technical work experience may compensate for formal education.
  • Experience with IT tools like ERP and CRM.
  • Maritime experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly motivated to support customer in their operation.
