We support deliveries for all types of vessels worldwide, which include the entire Kongsberg Maritime Digital Fleet. Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Line manager for all System Engineers – Digital Applications in Digital Performance, Kongsberg
  • Ensure that work is performed in accordance with the Kongsberg Maritime Quality Management system (QMS/HSE) and relevant procedures
  • Decision maker in complex internal and external discussions within your area of responsibility
  • Global ownership of coordination in Digital Performance
  • Act as a bridge between Digital Products, KM Core systems and Digital Projects to ensure that all interest of our stakeholders is taken care of
  • Be a part of the support operation and ensure that all communication and customer requests are given the right attention/priority and response

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English written and oral
  • Bachelor degree in relevant areas, experience can compensate for formal education
  • Management skills and ability to work with others in a team
  • Experience with KM GCS processes and procedures is an advantage
  • Good understanding of project economy
  • Knowledge of Digital Services
  • Good knowledge within Dynamic AX and d365 is an advantage

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
