Team Lead, Credit Collection

Join our welcoming team in Finance Service Center (FSC) at Kongsberg as our new 

Team Lead of Finance Controllers in Collection. The FSC provides services related to accounting, controlling, payroll, travel expenses, collection of receivables and reporting. The main area of responsibility in this role, will be related to global Credit Collection, supporting our business world-wide.

  • Manage and lead the Credit Collection Team.
  • Maintain and build global routines, set targets and follow up on results.
  • Ensure close collaboration with internal and external customers globally.
  • Periodical reporting.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law or similar.
  • Experience with credit collection, controlling or accounting.
  • Experience with customer relation management is an advantage.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, MS Applications is an advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills in both Norwegian and English.

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
