Offshore Automation Software Engineer

After full training, you will be involved in the design of automation systems for high-tech marine units.

We expect:

  • Completed a technical degree: Automation and Robotics, Electrical Engineering or related
  • Knowledge of at least one PLC programming language (LD,ST,FBD,SFC)
  • Knowledge of the basic types of variables: Bit, Byte, Word, Double Word, Float, String
  • Basic knowledge of communication protocols: Profibus, Modbus, NMEA etc
  • Basic knowledge of serial communication standards: RS232, RS485, RS422
  • Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN computer networks in wired and fiber optic technology
  • Knowledge in the area of sensors used in automation (temperature, pressure, speed, etc.)
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Ability to use measuring equipment (multimeter)
  • E1 to 1kV electrical license is welcome
