Manager Technical Sales Support (Interim)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced person with a passion for engineering and leadership where you will manage a team of ten direct reports located in Kristinehamn. In this role, you will have the key accountabilities of managing the personnel and resources for the Technical Sales Support team. You'll be responsible for leading and instructing the assigned team on a daily basis, fostering personal development and engagement. Ensuring the delivery of adequate technical and engineering support will be crucial.

Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to create processes, demonstrate leadership, and provide support for product development and documentation. With various competencies within the team and several new resources in need of support, this position offers a dynamic environment for professional growth and leadership development.

Qualifications and experience

Fluency in English at a high level is a must.
