As the Manager of the CEO Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO, CFO, and other senior management team members. This position offers significant opportunities for both professional and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document preparation: Prepare, review, and summarize documents and pre-read materials for Board of Directors (BoD) and Corporate Management Team (CMT) meetings.
- Presentation coordination: Collaborate with key stakeholders (finance, IR, Communications, Public Affairs, etc.) to create and refine presentations and documents for internal and external use.
- Meeting support: Proactively plan and prepare agendas for BoD and management meetings, and facilitate these meetings in the absence of the VP, CEO Office.
- Project participation: Engage in various administrative projects on an ad-hoc basis.
- Meeting organization: Organize and facilitate meetings on behalf of the CEO and CFO, including document preparation.
- Event coordination: Prepare and coordinate annual BoD and CMT trips.
- Team leadership: For the right candidate, lead the CEO Office team, ensuring efficient task execution.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience, preferable from similar roles.
- Language skills: Proficient in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
