As the Manager of the CEO Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO, CFO, and other senior management team members. This position offers significant opportunities for both professional and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document preparation: Prepare, review, and summarize documents and pre-read materials for Board of Directors (BoD) and Corporate Management Team (CMT) meetings.
  • Presentation coordination: Collaborate with key stakeholders (finance, IR, Communications, Public Affairs, etc.) to create and refine presentations and documents for internal and external use.
  • Meeting support: Proactively plan and prepare agendas for BoD and management meetings, and facilitate these meetings in the absence of the VP, CEO Office.
  • Project participation: Engage in various administrative projects on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Meeting organization: Organize and facilitate meetings on behalf of the CEO and CFO, including document preparation.
  • Event coordination: Prepare and coordinate annual BoD and CMT trips.
  • Team leadership: For the right candidate, lead the CEO Office team, ensuring efficient task execution.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience, preferable from similar roles.
  • Language skills: Proficient in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
