Our Global Customer Support division is responsible for Kongsberg Maritimes services, upgrades, and support in the aftermarket. Our 2300 employees are present in 35 different countries around the world. During the operational lifetime of more than 30.000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services, upgrades, and spare parts to secure availability and predictability to our customers.


An exciting opportunity has arisen as Intern - Admin – Training, reporting to Training Manager.


Key accountabilities:

Organizing and documenting courses.
Coordinating and assisting customers.
Making reservations and accompanying guided tours.
Issuing certificates.
Checking invoices received.
Administrative support to instructors and management.

Qualifications and experience:

Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program Business Administration or related areas – 4º to 6º semester.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Fluent English skills.

Co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information, and support.
