Human Resources Manager (KM 21-043)

We are seeking an independent, structured and service minded candidate to ensure the effective delivery of HR operations within the division Integrated Solutions. As HR Manager you have an important role to play in the implementation phase of; new HR system, alignment on comp & ben and other upcoming processes in addition to ad hoc and everyday HR tasks in a high tech company In the beginning there will be much focus on change management and analysis as an organization like ours is in constant change and in need for relevant data in decision making.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor/Master degree, preferably within a field related to HR or organisational development and 5-10 years’ experience in strategic HR roles
  • Broad HR background and ‘know how’ on best practices in HR
  • Strong change management and analytical skills
  • Experience with culture change-programs
  • Ability to communicate findings and make recommendations
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, proficiency in Excel a must
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, and working in an international environment


Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Provide effective HR support to local business managers ensuring they operate in line with Company HR policies and processes 
  • Strategic advisor to management on people, culture and organisational development activities
  • Manage the deployment of KONGSBERG Company HR strategy
  • Provide effective employee relations and a positive working climate, closely working with union representatives
  • Be the employee advocate to ensure employee concerns and engagement issues, recommending action to create a positive and productive working environment
  • Drive & facilitate leadership development initiatives
  • Support Managers in performance, talent acquisition and succession planning
  • Strategic Workforce planning
