Digital Account Manager, Offshore Clients

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for follow-up and onboarding of clients according subscription agreements/contracts.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Report according to defined KPIs.
  • Manage and drive regular meetings with clients.
  • Secure the customer journey through defined processes.

Qualifications and experience

  • Education within business administration, management, engineering, or a related field, relevant experience might compensate for lack of formal education.
  • Knowledge of the offshore industry’s operational and technical aspects, including relevant software, equipment, and processes is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess client data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with the regulations and standards governing offshore operations is an advantage.
  • A strong commitment to helping clients achieve their goals and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Ability to tailor services to meet the specific requirements of different customers.
