Customer Support Coordinator

Overview of Position:

  • To coordinate and facilitate service attendances for clients in Asia Pacific
  • To work closely with Service Manager and System Engineers to achieve the department objective, KPI and result
  • To handle commercial matters related to department activities 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and follow up the use of company administrative guidelines and procedures
  • Be active in cooperation and information flow within department and between departments
  • Follow up incoming mails in CRM system
  • Systemizing and archiving customer correspondence
  • Administration of visa application and travel requirements
  • Coordinate support and spare parts sales activities using ERP system
  • Assist both internal and external customers
  • Key role in internal projects and improvement processes
  • To possess correct attitude and mindset in collaboration
  • To be able to perform in dynamic environment by multi- tasking
  • Occasional after office support will be required
  • To be able to maintain good temperament even in hectic situations

Requirements 

  • Minimum Diploma in any fields
  • Professional working etiquette
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Meticulous and customers oriented person
  • Ensure customers’ satisfaction and experience with quality service Ability to work independently
  • Pay package will be commensurate with experience
