Kongsberg provides NATOŽs upgraded AWACS E-3A fleet with a new, improved Situation Console Computer Program (SCCP) for operator workstations. Kongsberg has experience in developing software for Human-Machine Interface (HMI), where operator workload and critical operations are present. Kongsberg is a Boeing partner providing HMI software and services for the Boeing 737-based Airborne Early Warning and Control System for the global market. The Royal Australian Air Force is introducing the 737 version in its Wedgetail project.
