Web Interface Register

Efficient handling of interface information is a key issue for successful project execution. To reduce criticality with respect to interface handling Kongsberg Oil & Gas Technologies have developed an application for exchanging interface information through the Internet.

Internet is a very effective medium for exchanging such information. No software implementation is needed and it enables simultaneous users to access the application from all over the world.

The Web Interface Register is a web based tool for exchanging interface information and technical queries on major offshore projects. The Web Interface Register is in use on several major project, see reference list.
