LedaFlow capabilities
LedaFlow® is used throughout field development in feasibility studies, conceptual studies, FEED and detailed designs and during operation of the field.
Some application examples:
- Transient analysis during normal conditions, startup, shutdown, depressurization, shut-in
- Line packing
- Terrain slugging
- Liquid surges in gas condensate systems
- Liquid inventory during pigging and rate changes
- Gas lift impact on flow conditions
- Thermal design of flowlines
- Optimal design for maximum operating envelope
- Process and control system design
- Slug mitigation and control
- Inhibitor tracking and hydrate risk assesment
LedaFlow covers a wide range of fluid systems that can be modeled in single phase, 2-phase or 3-phase:
- Oil and natural gas flowlines
- Wet gas and condensate flowlines
- Wellstream fluids
- Dense phase flowlines
- Single phase gas or liquid flowlines
- Laboratory experiments
LedaFlow has full network capability, allowing for converging and diverging flows. This flexibility enables you to simulate a set of applications such as well and pipeline networks, gas lift and complete process systems.
