New Executive Vice President in KONGSBERG

KONGSBERG has appointed Pål Helsing (49) as Executive Vice President. He will be responsible for KONGSBERG's oil and gas activities.

Prior to joining KONGSBERG, Helsing has been Senior Vice President for Strategy and Technology within Corporate Management in Aker Solutions.

Helsing has broad international business experience from the oil and gas industry, working in the UK, Australia, Brazil and the North Sea.

“As part of our effort to further develop KONGSBERG's oil and gas activities, we have desired to strengthen our corporate leadership. We have therefore appointed Pål Helsing as our new Executive Vice President, managing oil and gas”, says Chief Executive Officer Walter Qvam in KONGSBERG.

Pål Helsing will enter Corporate Management in KONGSBERG.
