Fluid Off-Loading Systems

The highest levels of safety and environmental performance are always the most important operational criteria in the oil and gas industry. No more is this so than when it comes to loading and unloading of fluids.

We have developed new state-of-the art FPSO fluid transfer/off-loading technologies, featuring quick disconnection safety valve and flexible connection system.

For the FPSO components, our solution features a unique real system for flexible pipes; a QMOS tower; and a flushing system.  For the portable components linking the rig to the FPSO, there are two QMOSs (for import and export); a valve skid; a QMOS frame; and temporary piping.

The result of this new technology is faster transfer of fluids to reduce operation cost, while at the same time ensuring safety and environmental excellence.
