Ammonia Production Simulator

The Ammonia Production Simulator in an extensive and detailed model used for efficient learning of complex ammonia operations. All the main process areas that are typically found in an ammonia plant are incorporated.

Using the ammonia Production Simulator, students may start the plant from shutdown condition, bring the plant up to full production and then shut it down again in a controlled way. The hardware configuration is modular and can either be a set of classroom PCs or an integrated system with consoles and control system keyboards.
