Ex. date for dividends and share split

Kongsberg Gruppen ASA’s shares are listed exclusive of the dividend and after split as from 8 May 2009 (se Notice of 7 May 2009).  The dividend of NOK 5.50 per share (before the share split) will be paid to the Group’s shareholders as of 7 May 2009. The dividends will be paid on 20 May 2009.
