The UN Global Compact

Global Compact is a voluntary UN initiative under which business and industry endorse and respect 10 principles associated with human rights, labour rights, environmental obligations and the fight against corruption. The objective is to get the private sector to contribute to reaching targets relating to reducing poverty and promoting sustainable development. KONGSBERG joined Global Compact in 2006.

Transparency International

Transparency International (TI) is a global coalition against corruption. TI was founded in 1993 and the Norwegian chapter was set up in 1999. KONGSBERG joined TI Norway in 2007 and supports the organisation's anti-corruption efforts.
