The CMS
- Uses international standards for Network Management (SNMP, TCP/IP)
- Uses international standards for Graphical User Interface (Xwindows, MOTIF)
- Is a customized application, based on a commercial available product from SNMP Research Inc. (XNETMON), supporting network managemen within the Internet Community environment
- Offers provisions for complete Operation and Maintenance of Network Elements (NEs) within a CPX-based network; the Tactical Switch (CPX200 - CPX250), the Delta Multiplexer (DMU) and the Multi Line Terminals (MLT210 and MLT220)
- Uses a commercially available database (Oracle) for storing of necessary network management information
The MS200
- Runs the CMS application
- Has a topological network view with element status in color
- Platform can be selected dependent on customer requirements to operating environment, performance and price

Real-time management and control of up to 30 CPXes in network

Automatic change of network control between active and standby MS200
The MS200 use RS-232-C interface towards the CPX
The MS can be directly connected, or remotely via a special modem (CM200) for longer distance (up to 200m). The modem has two lines, allowing automatic change of local CPX connection.
