Completes Gallium acquisition

Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace's acquisition of Gallium Software Inc. of Canada on a debt-free basis for appr. MNOK 140 has now been completed, and the deal has been approved by the Board of Directors of Kongsberg Gruppen ASA.
